PRODUCT OVERVIEW: The Architect’s Dream Series Edge-Lit Exit Sign is the most elegant edge-lit sign that Greentorch manufactures. The Dream Series is fully customizable and is available with almost every option in the industry. The Dream Series provides a slim profile combined with attractive finishing options that blend well with architectural spaces. Utilizing high-output indirect LED technology, the Architect's Dream Series provides a recessed or surface mounted edge-lit EXIT sign with excellent light distribution The Dream Series is easy to install and comes with infield applicable chevron arrows.
The Architect's Dream is designed with a slim profile and is available in numerous finishes that are complimentary with architectural spaces. A 120/277 dual voltage input with surge protection and Intelli-Charge for self-diagnostics allows the Architect's Dream Series to serve as an emergency exit with the most reliable charging system available. Self-testing diagnostics is optional. The Architect's Dream Series meets the Buy American requirements. The Architect's Dream Series edge-lit exit panel is available in 6" or 8", UL and NFPA compliant lettering and comes standard field configurable chevron arrows. Installation is universal and easy with surface ceiling, surface wall, recessed ceiling and surface end mounts. Illumination levels exceed 70 cd/m2 with the use of low maintenance, long life, high-intensity LEDs. This model includes a maintenance free, sealed nickel cadmium battery for 90 minutes of emergency operation.

CONSTRUCTION: All housing components are premium die-cast aluminum construction. A range of different finishes are available. A bar hanger bracket kit is standard for recessed applications. The Dream Series can also be installed into drywall surfaces. The Dream’s EXIT panel is manufactured from high-impact acrylic and silk-screened using computer generated artwork. All artwork meets UL and NFPA standards for exit signage. Universal self-stick chevrons are standard. Panel is available in 6 and 8-inch (NYC Approved) EXIT letter heights. Custom worded panels available upon request for additional charge.

ILLUMINATION: Illumination of the Architect’s Dream Series EXIT panel is accomplished with the use of high-output, red or green, LEDs in an optical array offering bright, even illumination. Average EXIT legend illumination level is 25 fl (79 cd/m2). Panel is available in 6 or 8-inch letter hights; UL and NFPA compliant lettering without a change to the housing parts. Operates using less than 5 watts of electricity.

Letter Size: 6-inch letters with 3/4-inch stroke or New York compliant 8-inch letters with 1-inch stroke upon request.

BATTERY TECHNOLOGY: The battery is a maintenance-free, sealed nickel cadmium utilizing sintered plate construction and polypropylene separators for trouble-free operation. The Architect’s Dream Series edge lit has a UL damp location listing for use in ambient conditions ranging from 32º F (0º C) to 104º F (40º C).

INSTALLATION: The edge-lit exit sign is capable of universal mounting (surface ceiling, recessed ceiling, surface wall,or surface end wall mount) without additional or accessory parts. The Architect's Dream Series available with 6 or 8-inch, UL and NFPA compliant lettering and chevrons, in red or green, without modification to any housing parts.
