PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

The LR24 is a revolutionary LED architectural lay-in for both new construction and retrofit installations. The LR24 is a an energy-efficient, long-lasting lighting solution for use instead of, or in replacement of fluorescent ceiling lights. Replacing fluorescent tubes with LR24 LED fixtures will lower energy consumption and extend the lifespan of your lighting system. The LR24 is designed for applications that require high ambient light levels, such as offices, schools, and other commercial environments. The LR24 can be utilizes CREE LEDs which generate white light in a new way that combines efficiency, affordability, and beautiful light color.

Using the LR24 instead of fluorescent tubes releases the design constraints of traditional lay-in’s and allows you to take a fresh approach to the architectural aesthetic of the light. The LR24 dims while maintaining light quality. At the same time, the LR24 allows optimal distribution of light that delivers high output levels to horizontal surfaces balanced with an ideal amount of light to vertical surfaces. The result is an effective, attractive, and comfortable environment.

The LR24, like all of our LED products, is eco-friendly and cost-effective. The LR24 is made of steel and aluminum, which are recyclable. It has a lifetime of 50,000 hours which means you will not have to throw it away and replace it anytime soon, saving you time and money. The LR24 uses between 48 and 58 watts of electricity, depending on the model purchased; lumen output is 3800 and 3200, respectively. Cool white light (3500 Kelvin color temperature) produces light that is pleasing to the eye.

The LR24 comes standard with both 120/277v AC inputs and is tested and certified to UL standards. Suitable for damp locations

CONSTRUCTION: The LR24 is made from cold-rolled steel and aluminum. Field replaceable light engine integrates LEDs, driver, power supply, thermal management, and optical mixing components. The LR24’s easy-access light engine can be r ed by from adjoining ceiling tiles. Integrated thermal management pulls heat away from the LEDs and transfers it to the surrounding environment. The LR24 is finished with a white polyester powder coat and has a height of 5.75”.

ILLUMINATION:

The light is produced from powerful, super bright CREE LEDs which average over 65 lumens per watt. The 48 watt model produces 3200 lumens and 40 foot candles with 8’x8’ spacing. The 58 watt model produces 3800 lumens and 40 foot candles with 8’x10’ spacing. Offered in a color temperature of cool white (3500 Kelvin).

The LR24’s proprietary optical system utilizes a combination of reflective and refractive optical components to achieve a comfortable and uniform appearance. The mechanical shielding of the diffuser delivers a subtle glowing appearance at high angles for visual integration with the ceiling pane.

INSTALLATION: Installs into standard 2’x2’ ceiling openings.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 48 to 58-watt electrical consumption. AC 120-277v (60Hz). Minimal heat production. Operating Temperature is 0~50°C. Humidity: 0~90% non-condensed.
