Product Details
PRODUCT OVERVIEW: The PREM PAR 36 Recessed Emergency Light is a sleek and stylish directional emergency light. Its low profile and compact design blends in perfectly with architectural interiors. The PREM is suitable for suspended ceiling installations. The PREM utilizes a maintenance-free, Sealed Lead Calcium battery to provide illumination when AC power is lost. The PREM comes standard in a white finish and is UL 924 Listed.
CONSTRUCTION: Aluminum housing and gimbal assembly with a compact, low profile design. Housing and gimbal assembly are standard with a matte white finish. Mounting clips provided for direct installation. Easy recessed installation in suspended ceilings. Trim kit included for plaster and sheetrock ceiling installation.
ILLUMINATION: Illumination is provided by a high output halogen lamp head. The PREM uses a 6 volt, 8 watt Par 36 sealed beam lamp. The lamp can be adjusted in two planes up to 26 degrees for application flexibility.
BATTERY TECHNOLOGY: Maintenance free, sealed lead calcium battery. Supplies 90 minutes of emergency power. Estimated service life of 5 years. Operating temperature range of 65 F (19 C) to 85 F (30 C).
INSTALLATION: Mounting clips provided for direct installation. Easy recessed installation in suspended ceilings with the optional plaster ring framing kit. The plaster ring framing kit is also useful for new installations.
