Product Details
PRODUCT OVERVIEW: The Sirocco Series Class I Div 2 LED Exit Sign is UL listed for use in Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D. The SROE Series LED Exit offers several levels of protection against the elements, including
dust, dirt and water. The exits are designed for use in hazardous environments that would otherwise damage ordinary sign components.
Energy Efficient: consumes less than 2.5 watts in any configuration. Exit sign module illuminated by long life, energy-efficient LEDs.
CONSTRUCTION: Single face heavy-duty 1/8” thick aluminum back plate. Polyvinyl chloride frame, with built-in gasket to prevent water infiltration. Will not dent, peel, rust or corrode. The sealed, heavy-duty, vandal resistant polycarbonate faceplate features an evenly illuminated legend. The fully gasketed faceplate is fastened with stainless steel tamper-resistant screws. Self contained; batteries and circuitry are located inside the exit housing.
ILLUMINATION: Consumes less than 2.5 watts in any configuration. Exit sign module illuminated by long life, energy-efficient LEDs.
EXIT FACE: 6" letter height, 3/4" letter stroke.
BATTERY TECHNOLOGY: Nickel Cadmium and Nickel Metal Hydride batteries available. Nickel Metal Hydride battery (NiMH) used for remote capable model.
INSTALLATION: Can be wall, end or ceiling mounted. Comes standard with an industrial-grade, die-cast aluminum electrical box. 1/2” electrical conduit entry on both sides and at the top. Each unit comes standard with one tamper-proof driver bit.
ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 120/277v AC, 60hz. Other voltages available, call to inquire.
CODE COMPLIANCE: The Sirocco Series meets or exceeds all performance standards as required D3 by UL924, NFPA7O, NFPA 101, NEC and OSHA. UL listed for use in Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D.
