Product Details
PRODUCT OVERVIEW: This LED Master/Remote exit sign set features classic design, even illumination, low power consumption, long service life and rugged metal construction throughout. The Master/Remote combination allows for a high level exit sign with universal mounting capabilities and a low level recessed exit sign. The low level sign provides extra saftey in case of a fire where smoke rises often making high level exit signs difficult to read.
CONSTRUCTION: Master and Remote exit signs are constructed of heavy duty metal finished in white baked-on powder paint providing scratch and corrosion resistance.
ILLUMINATION: Exit face illumination in Master and Remote signs is provided by a high intensity indirect red or green LED panel. Letter brightness and illumination uniformity exceed UL requirements. LED lamps have an estimated life of 8-10 years.
EXIT FACE:
Letter Size: 6” letters with 3/4” stroke
Directional Indicators: Removable chevron arrows sized to meet UL visibility requirements.
BATTERY TECHNOLOGY: Lead Calcium maintenance free battery designed to provide many years of dependable service.
INSTALLATION: Master Exit Wall Mounting: Backplates on single face models are supplied with knockouts for attachment to wall surfaces and standard 31/2” and 4” electrical
boxes.
Master Exit Ceiling/End Mounting: A mounting canopy is provided for attachment to standard 31/2” and 4” electrical boxes in ceiling or end mount applications.
Remote Exit Mounting: The units’ recessed mounting box is supplied with knockouts for attachment to standard 31/2” and 4” electrical boxes. The recessed exit assembly installs into the recessed mounting box by means of screws.
ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Charger Type: Master signs utilize a fully automatic, temperature compensating, variable rate charger.
Utility Input: 120/277VAC, 60 Hz.
Temperature Range: 68ºF to 86ºF or 20ºC to 30ºC
Models supplied with damp location option
operate from 50ºF to 104ºF or 10ºC to 40ºC
