PRODUCT OVERVIEW: The WEM Series Decorative Exterior Emergency Lights are durable and reliable emergency lighting fixtures that will last for many years. The WEM Series is ideal for locations such as corridors and passageways that are exposed to the elements. The WEM Series is both damp location and wet location rated. Illumination is provided via energy efficient CFL lamps for AC operation. For Nickel Cadmium battery backup operation, wedge base incandescent lamps are utilized. Available with an internal heater for low temperature conditions. Four different designs of the WEM Series are featured on Greentorch.

CONSTRUCTION: Constructed of impact resistant polycarbonate. Housing is available in black, white or bronze with a clear or opal white lens on selected models. The WEM10 is part of our Weatherproof Emergency Light Series available in four different housings and with different mounting applications. Suitable for wet and damp locations and ideal for exterior locations including corridors and passageways.

ILLUMINATION: Illumination is accomplished with compact fluorescent lamps in AC operation, and wedge base incandescent lamps in emergency operation.

BATTERY TECHNOLOGY: Maintenance free, sealed nickel cadmium battery supplies 90 minutes of emergency power. Estimated service life of 10 years. Operating temperature range of 20°F (-7°C) to 95°F (35°C).

INSTALLATION: The WEM10 mounts flush to wall surfaces.

Brownout Protection: Automatically switches the unit to emergency mode when utility voltage is reduced to the point at which most fluorescent light fixtures would extinguish.
